New Nails + Bento

Hello, how are you today, lovely reader? ♥ I'm almost halfway through my spring break and enjoying every minute of it ^o^ These past few days have been great for recuperating from school and work.  I finally have time to work out, relax, and study(?) ^^;;  The only bad thing is the fact that both Tumblr and my internet have been absolutely terrible recently ;__;  I can't even spend my vacation the way I want to.. wasting away behind my computer screen ;<

Since Tumblr was pretty much down yesterday, I decided to stop F5ing and paint my nails~
I bought this polish about three weeks ago from a local salon. It's China Glaze Doll House polish ♥ Basically, it's just large chunks of pink glitter. You need to paint on several coats if you want the glitter to look like a solid color.

I decided to try it out on the tips of my nails first.  I think this actually looks nicer than if I were to paint my entire nail bed :3 Will definitely try some cool designs with this polish in the future~

So, because of my Pichu fail, I was sad and didn't make this bento cute or anything >w< At least it tastes good, right? ahaha~ ;w; ♥

    ohhhhh yes i have those makeup days where i feel like i just wasted it...well the good thing is you can always blog about it :D
    and i do my nails like that too!! i use the opi silver/gold chunks. it's so easy to do and it looks nice too lol
    and i think the pichu is so cute! you're too hard on yourself, cheer up!! it could've been worse ^^♥

    Ooh, your nails look great!! Simple, but just having it on the tips is a really nice effect. ^__^

    And wow, both of those bentos look delicious!! I think your Pichu looks adorable! So cute that I wouldn't want to eat it. T__T ♥

    Wow, that nail polish reminds me of China Glaze Stellar or Sally Hansen Strobe. It's a really pretty color.

    I like it on the tips though, wow. How flat do the sparkles stay? Would just 1 clear top coat be enough to keep them in place or are 2+ needed. Sorry, sorry, I just really like it & thinking of getting it! I have some bigger glitter polishes but the pieces fleck off easily without 2 or more clear top coats.
